Details:
Extreme Sports Camp will focus on exposing your camper to ALL that is, Extreme Sports! Campers will be exposed to basic skateboarding, BMX riding, rock climbing, and MORE! Weather may impact our ability to be onsite at Perkins Road Extreme Sports. In the case of rain, we will go on field trips like all other BREC Recreation Summer Camps. We return to camp for dismissal at the normal time of 1pm. This may include, but is not limited to: movies, bowling, skating, SkyZone, Area 51, etc. Space is limited to 30 campers per session.
Please provide your camper with a bagged lunch and two snacks. A water bottle/thermos is recommended. It is hot outside and we will have water coolers onsite. Bikes and skateboards are also available for use during camp. Campers may bring their own but it is not required.
YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL BE COMPLETE ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION FORMS THAT HAVE TO BE COMPLETED.

PER BREC'S REFUND POLICY FOR 2018, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE (General Recreation and Special Facility Camps):

Deposits:
BREC allows a registration deposit equal to half of the session(s) fee from March 24- May 18. Anyone who wishes to hold a spot in any session can do so by paying half of the total fee. Registrants must pay the remaining balances of the registration fees no later than the Thursday before the camp session begins. Anyone who does not pay their balance by this time will forfeit their original deposit and their spot in camp. The original deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable. Deposit option is not available for online registration.

Refunds:
Registrants must request all refunds on a Summer Camp form, which can be found on the BREC website (www.brec.org/summercamp) and then email to summercamp@brec.org , or pick one up at your summer camp site. If a registrant makes a refund request more than 10 business days prior to the start of the session, BREC issues the full session fee minus a $15 transaction fee. If a registrant makes a refund request 10 business days or less from the start of the session, BREC will not issue a refund. BREC does not issue a refund for any session already in progress. The date printed on the refund request (email or fax) determines if a refund is approved or denied. All refunds must be approved by a Department Manager and the Finance Department.

Only one transaction fee will be charged per refund requested, regardless as to how many cancellations are on the request.

All checks must clear before BREC processes any refunds. Please allow 3-4 weeks for BREC to issue a refund.

REGISTRATION FORMS:
This year you will not have to complete any additional summer camp registration forms.
